Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for service/maintenance projects.
• Maintain project schedules and deadlines.
• Develop action plans to improve safety and reduce callbacks.
• Generate field leads and assist sales in upgrades/repairs.
• Recommend changes in maintenance documentation and processes.
• Set budgets for material and labor within Otis guidelines.
• Conduct field safety training and audits.
• Coordinate material deliveries and purchase orders.
• Forecast and schedule labor resources; improve efficiency.
• Build professional relationships with customers and team members.
