Job summary

Otis California is seeking a Modernization and Repair Supervisor to drive field operations, manage renovation projects, and ensure safety and quality across the branch. You will oversee field staff, training, schedules, and customer satisfaction, while coordinating with service sales for upgrades and repairs.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. The role requires experience in the elevator industry or leading field teams, with a high school diploma

Qualifications

• Elevator industry experience or leadership of field technicians preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable in a technical environment using Microsoft-based software.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for modernization and repair projects.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop action plans to address safety, callbacks, and technical issues.
• Forecast and schedule labor resources while ensuring QA and efficiency.
• Coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders.
• Conduct field safety audits and site safety logistics planning.
