The role requires 5+ years in the elevator industry or leading field teams, plus a trade certificate or engineering degree. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in elevator field or leading field teams
• Trade certificate and/or University Degree in Engineering
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external customers
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for elevator repair and testing
• Meet project deadlines and financial targets including profit and working capital
• Conduct field safety training to maintain a safe working environment
• Perform field safety audits and site safety/logistics plans
• Coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders
• Develop and maintain relationships with co-workers, clients and others
• Forecast and schedule labor resources to ensure project completion
• Analyze situations and develop contingencies for estimates
