Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a Manager, Repair Ops to lead and optimize elevator repair and open-order operations across the Marietta, GA territory. You will partner with field leadership to coordinate material ordering, scheduling, safety, and project follow-up, with potential support for modernization and hydro modification projects.

You will oversee jobsite readiness, track labor hours, manage field activities, and ensure quality and timeliness while building strong relationships with

Qualifications

• Elevator industry experience or leadership of field technicians.
• Experience with managing field operations and coordinating schedules.
• Solid knowledge of elevator components, parts, and vendors.
• Ability to order materials accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support elevator repair, open-order, testing, and hydro modification work.
• Coordinate parts, purchase orders, and material deliveries.
• Complete job surveys and verify quality, workmanship, and readiness.
• Support mechanic scheduling, time administration, labor planning, and field activities.
• Configure and use E-Log to track hydro modification projects and materials.
• Monitor project performance and help resolve issues.
• Conduct field safety audits and jobsite inspections.
• Build relationships with field staff, customers, vendors and partners.
• Support modernization crews and direct-report responsibilities as assigned.
