Job summary

The Otis Elevator Company Cleveland team is seeking a Repair Supervisor to oversee elevator repair and testing operations across the greater Cleveland area. You will lead field operations, ensure safety, meet project deadlines, and drive financial performance while coordinating materials and schedules.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in the elevator industry or leadership of field technicians, plus a trade certificate or engineering degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years elevator industry experience or experience leading field level associates/technicians in a similar industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external customers
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance of field operations for all elevator repair and testing.
• Meet project deadlines and financial targets including profit and working capital.
• Conduct field safety audits and jobsite inspections; develop site safety/logistics plans.
• Coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders.
• Forecast and schedule labor resources for successful project completion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with coworkers, clients and others involved in projects.
