Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Manager of Repair Operations to oversee elevator repair and open‑order operations across the Marietta, GA area.

The role collaborates with field leadership to coordinate materials, scheduling, safety, and project follow‑up, with potential support for modernization crews and hydro modification projects. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in elevator operations or leading field teams, with a degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years elevator industry experience or leading field teams in a related industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a high school diploma with relevant elevator experience
• Knowledge of elevator equipment, parts, material channels, and vendors

Responsibilities

• Support elevator repair, open-order, testing, and hydro modification work.
• Coordinate parts, purchase orders, and material deliveries to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Complete job surveys and verify quality, workmanship, and jobsite readiness.
• Support scheduling, time administration, and field activities; use E-Log to track projects.
