Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated Modernization Project Manager in Marietta, GA to oversee coordination of multiple modern installation projects. The role focuses on on-time, on-budget delivery with strict safety and regulatory compliance.

You will work with sales, superintendents, and senior leaders to drive project success, manage contract processes, and optimize change orders to improve cash flow while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years elevator industry project management and/or construction experience.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder relations.
• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft software within technical environments.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of activities on multiple modernization installation projects.
• Ensure execution on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate all contract activities from award to completion and provide progress reviews.
• Communicate with cross-functional partners and leadership to ensure project success.
• Manage billing, payments to consultants and contractors, RFIs, and change orders to optimize cash flow.
• Interpret contract documents and modifications to determine cost impacts.
• Analyze situations and assist in developing contingencies for estimates.
