Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to management and customers.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and complex data.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction field staff and ensure adherence to policies and objectives.
• Administer and enforce the safety program with regular audits.
• Plan and direct elevator installations and manpower; use scheduling tools.
• Review job status using accounting reports to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage sites from survey through completion, coordinating with customers and engineers.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules on turn-key projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, contractors, and architects.
• Review change orders, purchase orders, and other approvals.
