Job summary

TK Elevator in Sacramento, CA seeks an experienced Superintendent- New Installation to lead construction operations, ensure timely, profitable project delivery, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years’ experience managing on a branch level or equivalent.
• Ability to write reports, proposals, and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information to management and customers.
• Ability to solve problems with data and facts.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all construction field employees with direction, training, and enforcing company policies.
• Administers safety program and conducts safety audits.
• Reviews job status using accounting reports to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manages subcontractor schedule and performance on turn-key projects.
• Maintains relationships with owner, contractors, elevator consultants, and architects.
