TK Elevator in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Superintendent- New Installation to manage all construction operations for elevator installations, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires thorough knowledge of the construction industry, strong leadership, and the ability to plan manpower, review progress, control costs, and ensure compliance with safety and local codes.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
• Ability to write reports, proposals and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to management and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and handle multiple variables.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report.

Responsibilities

• Supervises construction field employees and provides direction and training.
• Administers the safety program and conducts safety audits.
• Plans and directs elevator installations and manpower needs.
• Reviews job status using accounting reports to identify risk and opportunity.
• Manages subcontractor schedule and performance on turnkey projects.
• Develops relationships with owners, contractors, and architects.
