Job summary

TK Elevator in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced Superintendent for New Installation to manage construction operations, supervise field crews, and ensure timely, profitable project completion. The role requires safety leadership, coordination with subcontractors, and strong stakeholder communication.

The incumbent will direct installation schedules, review project status, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local elevator codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years’ branch management experience.
• Ability to write reports, proposals and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information to management and customers.
• Ability to analyze problems and data to draw conclusions.
• Valid driver’s license and MVRO clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises construction field employees with direction and training.
• Administers safety program and conducts safety audits.
• Plans and directs elevator installations and manpower needs.
• Reviews job status via accounting reports to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manages subcontractor schedule and performance on turnkey projects.
• Maintains relationships with owners, contractors, consultants, and architects.
• Reviews change orders, purchase orders, and approvals.
