Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Sales Representative - Modernization in Dallas, TX. You will lead modernization bids, cultivate relationships with new and existing customers, and ensure profitable project execution while meeting branch revenue goals.

Responsibilities include pre-bid activities, blueprint reviews, and coordinating with operations, admin, and legal to finalize proposals and SOWs. A background in elevator modernization and related services is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; architectural/blueprint interpretation preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bid and secure modernization contracts and develop strong relationships with customers.
• Prepare quotes and bids by analyzing blueprints and site surveys to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with operations, legal, and contract admin to finalize SOW and change orders.
• Present bids to customers and communicate cost factors and benefits of H-Power modernization.
