Job summary

TK Elevator in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Sales Representative for Modernization to bid, secure modernization contracts, and develop strong customer relationships. You will work with the operations team to ensure profitable modernization projects and contribute to branch revenue goals.

Required 1–2 years in elevator sales or related field, a Bachelor’s degree, and ability to read architectural drawings. Salary range $70,000–$90,000 with car allowance and monthly commissions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bids and proposals: prepare quotes, review specs, and ensure profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Present bids to customers, explain cost factors and value.
• Collaborate with operations on SOW and change orders as needed.
• Coordinate site visits, attend customer meetings, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain CRM consistency and support AR collection efforts.
