Job summary

TK Elevator in Baltimore, MD is seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Representative- MOD. You will lead modernization bids, develop relationships with new and existing customers, and drive branch revenue through profitable projects.

The role requires 1–2 years of related sales experience, preferably elevator industry knowledge, and the ability to read architectural drawings. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of related sales experience; elevator sales or industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings/blueprints.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator fields is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bid, price, and secure modernization contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure profitable project execution and on-time delivery.
• Prepare quotes, review specs, and analyze labor to ensure profitability for the branch.
• Present bids to customers, explain cost factors, and justify the value of H-Power modernization offerings.
• Utilize CRM to manage the sales pipeline and track customer interactions.
