Job summary

TK Elevator in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Sales Representative- Modernization to drive bids and secure modernization projects. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, coordinating with operations, and delivering profitable bids with CRM tracking.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related sales experience, a Bachelor’s Degree, and familiarity with reading architectural drawings. Elevator service/repair experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bid and secure modernization contracts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Prepare quoting and bidding packages from blueprints, site surveys, and specs; ensure profitability.
• Present bids to customers, explaining cost factors and key features of equipment.
• Collaborate with operations to negotiate SOW and ensure deadlines.
• Maintain CRM to manage sales pipeline and assist in collections.
