Job summary

TK Elevator in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Sales Representative- Modernization to drive modernization bids and secure contracts while building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

You will lead pre-bid activities, develop competitive proposals, coordinate with operations, and ensure profitability for the branch; a Bachelor’s degree and elevator sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience in elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint drawings.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Pre-bid activities with architects, contractors, and clients to develop relationships and understand project needs.
• Develops quotes and bid packages by gathering drawings and preparing proposals.
• Present bids to customers and explain cost factors emphasizing performance and durability.
• Coordinate with operations and legal to finalize the Scope of Work (SOW) and change orders as needed.
• Maintain CRM records and drive sales funnel to meet revenue targets.
