Otis Elevator Company seeks a Modernization Project Manager to oversee multiple modernization installations in the Denver area. You will coordinate contract activities, ensure projects run on schedule and within budget, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years elevator industry project management and/or construction experience desired.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft software within technical environments.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-schedule, on-budget project execution meeting safety standards and customer expectations.
• Coordinate contract activities from award to completion with progress reviews.
• Proactively communicate with cross-functional partners.
• Work with sales, superintendents, and leadership to ensure financial and customer success.
• Manage billing, payments to consultants/contractors, RFIs, and change orders.
• Interpret contract documents and calculate costs of changes.
• Analyze situations and develop contingency estimates.
