Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Modernization Project Manager to oversee coordination of multiple modern installation projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and compliance with safety and standards, while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in elevator industry project management or construction, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years elevator industry project management and/or construction experience.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft software within technical environments.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless execution of each project on schedule and within budget, meeting technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate all contract activities from award to completion and provide progress reviews.
• Communicate with cross-functional partners and with sales staff, superintendents, and leadership.
• Manage billing, consultant and contractor payments, RFIs, and change orders to optimize cash flow.
• Interpret construction documents and modifications to determine costs and contingencies.
