Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation is seeking an EI Sales Account Manager in Denver to cultivate relationships and drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

You will manage existing and new customer accounts, ensure high customer satisfaction, and pursue profitable opportunities while partnering with the Field Superintendent and technicians to deliver an outstanding total customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the elevator or related industry.
• Strong presentation, communication, objection handling and closing skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel; mix of office and fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers to drive sales for elevator and escalator services.
• Manage service agreements, renewals, and accounts receivable for assigned portfolio.
• Identify opportunities and present proposals; negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with Field Superintendent and technicians to ensure excellent customer experience.
