Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Paradise Valley, AZ seeks a Spa Receptionist/Front Desk Agent to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will schedule appointments, check guests in and out, and assist in retail sales while maintaining a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, up to 1 year of spa or retail experience, and a friendly, service-oriented demeanor. Bilingual ability is preferred, with flexibility for long hours and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent and/or 1-year experience in a spa or related field preferred.
1-year retail experience preferred.
Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all guests and members.
Check guests and members in and out: administer keys to locker areas.
Process transactions for events, guest fees, membership dues, etc.
Handle all administrative functions of the spa including using Spa software and maintaining inventory.
Assist guests in the retail area and provide spa information to guests.
