Job summary

Hotel Valley Ho, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a part-time Spa Receptionist in Scottsdale. You will greet guests, introduce facilities and programs, and ensure a welcoming, efficient guest experience within the spa and fitness area.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with equipment usage, booking treatments by phone or in person, and recording transactions. You’ll help maintain cleanliness and safety, collaborate with team members, and support a world-class guest

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and welcoming personality.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the Spa and welcome them to the facility.
• Provide guests with tours and information about the Spa and its features.
• Assist guests with proper equipment usage.
