Schedule, modify, and confirm spa appointments with accurate guest records.
Provide detailed information on spa services, amenities, wellness programs, and products.
Escort guests and provide robes, slippers, towels, and refreshments.
Anticipate guest needs and recommend treatments and products.
Process guest payments and daily financial transactions accurately.
