Highgate Hotels is seeking a part-time Spa Receptionist at the Kimpton Miralina Resort in Arizona. The role handles front desk tasks, appointment scheduling, guest check-in/out, and retail assistance to deliver a premier spa experience.

The position requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) with 1 year spa/related field experience; 1 year retail experience is preferred, and bilingual ability is a plus. Flexible hours and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent and/or 1 year spa or related field experience.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests and members.
• Check guests and members in and out and issue locker keys.
• Process transactions for events, guest fees, memberships, and dues.
• Handle spa administrative tasks: software, inventory, phones, appointments.
• Provide information on available treatments, equipment, and products.
• Assist guests in the retail area and schedule spa appointments.
• Monitor appointments and ensure proper staffing and order.
