Job summary

Soho House & Co in Nashville invites a Server to join our Front of House team. You will understand and educate members and guests on the menu, allergies, and pairings, delivering an elevated experience aligned with Soho House Service Standards.

As a critical team member, you will collaborate with BOH and FOH, enter orders accurately into the POS, support guests with last-minute requests, and maintain a positive, detail-oriented approach under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a server role.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintains composure under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, customer-focused and respectful to colleagues and guests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management; complete checklists.
• Elevate dining experience with food and drink pairings; discuss specials to drive sales while adhering to Soho House standards.
• Communicate allergies and potential red flags to management/Executive Chef to mitigate risk.
• Complete checkout reports and have them approved by management.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and all company policies and laws.
• Ensure orders are plated and served correctly to members/guests.
• Support runners and bussers with expo and service bar tickets.
• Keep server alley and bar area clean and stocked; polish silverware/glassware.
