Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a dedicated Runner to support dining room operations in our Nashville location.

The role involves table preparation, serving orders, explaining meals, and bridging communication between kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless guest experience. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, remain calm under pressure, and deliver exceptional guest service while assisting servers and the Executive Chef.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and respectful towards guests and colleagues.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, serve orders, explain meals and assist servers.
• Facilitate collaboration between kitchen and servers and support the team.
• Help ensure hand-plated service and timely delivery of items to members and guests.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and confidently make recommendations when asked.
