Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a Food Service Director to lead the dining program at a long‑term care facility. You will oversee food quality, inventory, safety, and customer service while ensuring compliance with menus and regulations.

A path to professional growth is offered with training and development opportunities. Key requirements include an Associate’s degree or higher in food service management, 2+ years of supervision experience, and certifications or clear timelines to obtain

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality.
• CDM certification preferred (or as required by state and county law).
• Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM) within the first 14 days of employment.
• Must obtain Food Service Manager (FSM) and Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM) within the first 60 days of employment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the food service team to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Conduct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; perform roles as needed.
• Communicate directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to staff.
• Ensure infection control and sanitary practices are followed.
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely task completion.
• Represent HCSG positively with clients, staff, residents, and guests.
