David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience in the alterations area. You will greet customers, manage appointments, answer phones, and promote alterations services while collaborating with the Alterations team.

Responsibilities include handling press/steam tasks, maintaining shop standards, and assisting with inventory and checkout processes to ensure a celebratory shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person.
• Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience.
• Promote all alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a flawless shopping experience.
• Greet and escort alterations customers to and from appointments.
• Press, steam, and spot clean merchandise.
