David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our alterations department. This role supports greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and processing alterations with attention to detail.

The CSR reports to the Store Manager and collaborates with the Alterations team to ensure orders are accurate and ready for pickup, while maintaining store standards and a warm, helpful atmosphere.
