Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the alterations department and ensure a superior customer experience. The CSR greets customers, schedules appointments, and assists with pressing garments while reporting to the Store Manager.

This part‑time role emphasizes welcoming customers, managing orders, and promoting alterations services while maintaining store standards and accuracy in transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly in person, on the phone, or online.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five‑star service.
• Meet service vows and assist customers with alterations needs and scheduling.
• Communicate how alterations improve the dress for events and upsell services.
• Maintain store standards and organize alterations area for a smooth checkout.
