Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Fusion Technical Sales Specialist for Electronics to own the technical strategy behind electronics opportunities and drive business development with partners and customers. You will build a territory, shape the ecosystem, and turn interest into committed deals.

This builder role requires deep electronics knowledge, strong ECAD/EDA tool fluency, and proven sales excellence. Expect a fast-moving, high-expectation environment with cross-functional collaboration and ownership

Qualifications

• Deep experience in electronics design and PCB development, from schematic capture to manufacturing outputs.
• Hands-on fluency across ECAD/EDA tools such as Fusion Electronics, Altium Designer, Cadence, Siemens, or KiCad.
• Direct experience in a technical sales role such as presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering.
• Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills for technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Experience recruiting and enabling channel partners and resellers to build durable pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales cycle end to end: discovery, requirements validation, solution design, proof of value, objection handling, and technical close.
• Run deep discovery into customers' current tools and ECAD-MCAD handoffs, map a path to Fusion.
• Deliver precise demos and proof points across the electronics workflow: schematic capture, PCB layout, library management, design rules, and manufacturing path.
• Lead evaluations, pilots, and migration assessments including plans to move competitor designs into Fusion.
• Address technical objections with authority across board complexity, layer counts, and interoperability.
• Build trust as an advisor from engineers to executives, aligning sales, partners, product, and engineering.
• Generate and grow pipeline through direct and partner motions: recruit, enable, and co-sell with channel partners.
• Expand the market through evangelism and cross-sell into the Fusion platform.
