Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Fusion Technical Sales Specialist for Electronics to own the technical strategy behind electronics design opportunities and drive the business‑development engine that fuels them.

You will build the territory, develop the partner ecosystem, shape the narrative, and turn interest into committed deals while collaborating with engineering and sales teams across Fusion platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics design and PCB development across schematic capture, board layout, and BOM management.
• Hands-on fluency with ECAD/EDA tools (Fusion Electronics, Altium Designer, Cadence, Siemens, KiCad).
• Experience in technical sales roles with strong discovery skills and ability to re‑architect cross‑functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales cycle end to end: discovery, requirements validation, solution design, value proof, objections, and close.
• Map customer tooling to a future state on Fusion through deep discovery of ECAD/MCAD handoffs.
• Deliver precise demos and proof points across electronics workflow: schematic capture, PCB layout, library management, design rules, and co-design.
• Lead evaluations, pilots, and migrations, including moving competitor designs and standards into Fusion.
• Build trust with engineers and executives, align sales, product, and engineering, and capture repeatable plays.
