Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep experience in electronics design and PCB development with hands-on fluency across ECAD/EDA tools.
• Grasp of ECAD-MCAD co-design and how electronics and mechanical workflows connect.
• Direct experience in technical sales such as presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering.
• Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills for technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Experience recruiting and enabling channel partners and resellers to build durable pipeline.
• High energy and ability to operate at startup speed inside a global company.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales cycle end to end: discovery, requirements validation, solution design, proof of value, objection handling, and technical close.
• Run deep discovery into customers' tools and ECAD-MCAD handoffs, mapping a path to Fusion.
• Deliver precise demos and proof points across the electronics workflow: schematic capture to manufacturing.
• Lead evaluations, pilots, and migration assessments with credible plans for moving designs into Fusion.
• Address technical objections with authority and align sales, partners, product, and engineering.
• Build trust as an advisor and grow pipeline with direct and partner motions, including channel partners.
• Expand market through evangelism, webinars, and cross-sell into the Fusion platform.
