• Hands-on experience in electronics design and PCB development across schematic capture, layout, and manufacturing outputs.
• Direct experience in a technical sales role such as presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering.
• Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills for technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Comfort creating opportunities through direct and partner motions, with channel partner enablement.
• High energy and the ability to operate at startup speed inside a global company.

Aufgaben

• Own the technical sales cycle end to end: discovery, requirements validation, solution design, proof of value, objection handling, and technical close.
• Run deep discovery into customers' ECAD/MCAD handoffs and map a path to Fusion.
• Deliver precise demos and proof points across the electronics workflow: schematic capture, PCB layout, library management, design rules, and manufacturing path.
• Lead evaluations, pilots, and migration assessments, including plans to move competitor designs into Fusion.
• Address technical objections and build trust with engineers and executives across teams.
• Recruit, enable, and co-sell with channel partners and ecosystem players to grow territory and displacements.
• Expand market through evangelism, webinars, workshops, and cross-sell into the Fusion platform.
