Qualifications

• Deep experience in electronics design and PCB development including schematic capture and layout.
• Hands-on fluency with ECAD/EDA tools such as Fusion Electronics, Altium, Cadence, Siemens, or KiCad.
• Experience in technical sales with strong discovery and re-architecting cross-functional processes.
• Outstanding presentation skills for technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Ability to recruit and enable channel partners to build durable pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales cycle end to end: discovery, validation, design, proof, and close.
• Analyze customers' current ECAD/MCAD handoffs and map to Fusion future state.
• Deliver precise demos covering schematic, PCB layout, libraries, and manufacturing path.
• Lead evaluations, pilots, and migration plans including moving competitor designs.
• Address objections with authority across design rules, formats, and PLM data systems.
• Build trust with engineers to executives and align sales, product, and partners.
• Grow pipeline via direct and partner motions, including channel recruitment and co-sell.
