Autodesk’s Fusion Electronics team seeks a Fusion Technical Sales Specialist for Electronics to own the technical strategy behind ECAD/MCAD opportunities and drive the business with customers and partners.

This builder’s role requires hands-on electronics design experience, strong demos, and the ability to move opportunities from discovery to close across a territory with channel partners such as Avnet. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving team that values trust, speed, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics design and PCB development across schematic capture to fabrication and assembly.
• Hands-on fluency with ECAD/EDA tools such as Fusion Electronics, Altium Designer, Cadence, Siemens, or KiCad.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales cycle end to end: discovery, requirements validation, solution design, proof of value, objection handling, and technical close.
• Run deep discovery into customers' current ECAD/MCAD tools and map a path from current state to Fusion.
• Deliver precise demos and proof points across the electronics workflow: schematic capture, PCB layout, library management, design rules, and path to manufacturing.
• Lead evaluations, pilots, and migration assessments, including plans for moving competitor designs and standards into Fusion.
• Address objections with technical authority on board complexity, layer counts, interoperability, file formats, and PLM integration.
• Build trust as a technical advisor from engineers to executives, aligning sales, partners, product, and engineering.
• Generate and grow pipeline via direct and partner motions; enable and co-sell with channel partners (including resellers).
• Expand market footprint through evangelism, webinars, workshops, and cross-sell into the Fusion platform.
