Job summary

Microwave Products Group in Salisbury, MD is seeking an Inside Sales professional to quote, respond to inquiries, and support Business Development. You will create quotations, manage leads, maintain CRM/ERP data, and coordinate with operations for order status and production updates.

Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in manufacturing and electronics is a plus; this role offers a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Clear Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Experience in planning, directing, and coordinating quotations.
• Manufacturing environment experience; electronics background a plus.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret contracts and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Creation of quotations for customers.
• Follow-up on leads from customers.
• Managing accounts and opportunities in CRM.
• Managing customer online supply chain portals for quotation and order status.
• Supporting in-person and remote customer meetings.
• Interfacing with Engineering for technical evaluations.
• Creating part numbers in ERP system.
• Coordinating with Operations on production updates and open-order status.
