Job summary

Dover is hiring an Inside Sales professional to interface with customers for quotations and inquiries, coordinating with Operations for order updates. The role includes managing CRM/ERP data, supporting customer meetings, and ensuring timely communication of status and production progress.

The candidate should have 2–4 years in customer service within a manufacturing environment and strong written/spoken communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4 years of direct customer service experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in planning, directing, and coordinating quotations.
• Manufacturing environment experience, electronics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create quotations for customers and follow up on leads.
• Manage accounts and opportunities in CRM system.
• Oversee customer online supply chain portals for quotes and orders.
• Support in-person and remote customer meetings.
• Interface with Engineering for technical evaluations and accurate part quoting.
• Communicate production updates to customers on open orders.
