Dover Corporation’s Microwave Products Group (MPG) in Salisbury, MD, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to interface with customers, prepare quotations, and support order status with Operations. The role requires 2–4 years of customer service experience and a manufacturing background, preferably electronics, with strong MS Office and CRM/ERP proficiency.

The position is onsite in Salisbury, offering pay ranging from USD 23 to 26 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years’ direct customer service experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; electronics experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create quotations for customers and follow up on leads.
• Manage accounts and opportunities in CRM; update order status.
• Create part numbers in ERP system and coordinate with Operations.
