Job summary

Micross is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its Durham, North Carolina facility. The role involves quoting and selling advanced packaging products and services to new and existing customers, and partnering with manufacturing and product teams to ensure delivery meets customer expectations.

The candidate will generate revenue by quoting, soliciting and booking orders, communicate technical requirements, and work with Regional Sales Managers to identify and develop new customers, while

Qualifications

• Three years of sales experience in microelectronic products preferred.
• Four-year college degree preferred, ideally in science/technology.
• US citizenship required due to export control rules.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell advanced packaging products and services to new and existing customers.
• Interpret technical requirements and explain service options to customers.
• Develop new customers with Regional Sales Managers.
• Support order lifecycle, delivery schedules, and shipping methods.
• Verify customer satisfaction and resolve issues; submit sales activity reports.
• Respond to inquiries on product pricing, delivery and availability.
• Manage customer inventory and export compliance.
