You are a strong software engineer and systems thinker who enjoys finding simple solutions to complex problems, takes pride in your craft, and thinks about the product and customer, not just the code.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong design, architecture, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with C++ or similar systems programming languages.
• Experience delivering production-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, ship, and iterate on high-quality software for Fusion Electronics.
• Solve complex engineering problems and contribute to system and software architecture.
• Own features from design through implementation and delivery.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to solve customer problems.
• Help create electronics design workflows that improve engineering and sustainability outcomes.
• Use AI-assisted development tools effectively throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical direction, engineering practices, and the growth of other engineers.
