Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5-7 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Advanced technical skills related to fire alarm/electronic security systems and programming.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts; install projects as needed.
• Complete detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
