i2G Systems seeks an Electronic Security Associate Project Manager to support large-scale security deployments and smaller installations. The role coordinates local engineering, sales, and technicians, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in electronic security systems or related field.
• Familiarity with Lenel, Axis, Verint, DMP, or fire alarm systems is preferred.
• Able to read security blueprints, electrical and civil drawings.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; scheduling tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with tracking lifecycles, schedules, materials, and status reports.
• Own smaller security projects on time and within budget to quality standards.
• Liaise among i2G teams, subcontractors, and customers for clear communication.
• Maintain project folders, inventory, and closeout packages; update drawings.
• Support integration engineers with programming of security systems.
• Read basic security drawings and electrical/civil packages.
• Assist in creating proposals and change orders with sales/engineering.
