Qualifications

• 1–3 years of foundational experience in electronic security systems, construction coordination, or related technical support role.
• Basic familiarity with security platforms such as Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, DMP, and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to read security blueprints, electrical drawings, and civil construction plans.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools (Project/SimPro/Smartsheet).
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent organizational skills.
• Background check clearance and valid driver's license required.
• Introductory certifications in Lenel, Axis, Software House, Verint or similar platforms; CAPM/PMP encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with tracking project lifecycles and maintaining schedules.
• Take ownership of smaller-scale security integration projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate communication between i2G team, technicians, subcontractors, and customers.
• Maintain project equipment inventory, folders, and closeout packages.
• Learn and support integration engineers with configuring security systems (access control, intrusion, CCTV).
• Read and interpret basic security drawings and electrical/civil packages.
• Assist sales/engineering with project proposals and change orders.
