Qualifications

• 1-3 years of foundational experience in the electronic security systems industry, construction coordination, or related technical support.
• Basic familiarity with electronic security platforms such as Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, DMP, and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to learn and interpret security blueprints, electrical drawings, and civil construction plans.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with project scheduling/planning tools such as Microsoft Project, SimPro, or Smartsheet is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with tracking project lifecycles, schedules, material needs, and status reports.
• Own smaller-scale security integration projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Act as liaison between i2G team, technicians, subcontractors, and customers.
• Maintain project equipment inventory and documentation, update drawings and closeout packages.
• Learn to work with integration engineers on programming security systems (access control, intrusion, CCTV).
• Read and interpret basic security drawings and electrical/civil packages.
• Collaborate with sales/engineering to assist in proposals and change orders.
