Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Associate Project Manager to support senior project managers and independently manage smaller-scale installations. The role emphasizes coordination of local engineering, sales, technical teams, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality delivery.

Ideal candidates will be organized, communicative, and ready to take ownership of assigned tasks throughout the project lifecycle, with opportunities to grow within the Technology Security sector.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and interpret security blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with tracking project lifecycles, schedules, and risk reports.
• Own smaller-scale security integration projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate between i2G teams, technicians, subcontractors, and customers for clear communication.
• Maintain project equipment inventory and document control, update drawings and closeout packages.
• Support integration engineers working on access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems.
• Read basic security drawings and electrical/civil packages.
• Collaborate with sales/engineering to help prepare proposals and change orders.
