i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Associate Project Manager to support experienced PMs and manage smaller-scale deployments. You will coordinate local engineering, sales and subcontractors, ensuring quality delivery while growing your career in the technology security sector.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and taking ownership of assigned tasks to meet stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in the electronic security systems industry or a related technical support role.
• Basic familiarity with Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, DMP or fire alarm systems.
• Ability to read security blueprints, electrical drawings and civil plans.
• Proficient with MS Office and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, SimPro or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with tracking project lifecycles, schedules and risk reports.
• Take ownership of smaller-scale security integration projects within time and budget.
• Coordinate between i2G, technicians, subcontractors and customers for clear communication.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with red-line drawings and closeout packages.
• Learn to work with integration engineers on programming security systems.
