Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Associate Project Manager to support experienced Project Managers in delivering large-scale projects and to independently manage smaller installations and service deployments.

You will coordinate local engineering, sales, and technical teams with subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality delivery, while demonstrating strong organization and communication to meet stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of foundational experience in electronic security systems, construction coordination, or related technical support.
• Familiarity with security platforms such as Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, DMP, or fire alarm systems is helpful.
• Proficiency in reading security blueprints and electrical/civil drawings.

Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist Project Managers with tracking project lifecycles, schedules, material needs, and progress reports.
• Small-Scale Management: Own smaller security integration projects, delivering on time and within budget per i2G standards.
• Coordination & Communication: Liaise between i2G team, technicians, subcontractors, and customers for clear communication.
• Documentation & Quality Control: Maintain project equipment inventories, folders, and updated drawings and closeout packages.
• Technical Integration: Learn to work with integration engineers on programming access control, intrusion, and CCTV systems.
• Document Review: Read and interpret security drawings and electrical/civil packages.
• Proposal Assistance: Help sales/engineering create proposals and change orders.
