i2G Systems seeks an Electronic Security Associate Project Manager to support large-scale and smaller installations, coordinating engineering, sales, and field teams. You will help ensure deliveries meet schedule, budget, and quality standards while learning from experienced PMs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of foundational experience in electronic security or related technical support role.
• Basic familiarity with security platforms (Lenel, Axis, Verint, DMP, fire alarm) is highly desired.
• Ability to learn and interpret security blueprints and civil/electrical drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with tracking project lifecycles and schedules.
• Own smaller-scale security integration projects within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate between i2G team, technicians, subcontractors, and customers for clear communication.
• Maintain project documents, equipment inventory, and closeout packages.
