Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Associate Project Manager to support experienced Project Managers and independently manage smaller-scale installations and service deployments in the Ohio region. You will coordinate local engineering, sales, technical teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely, quality delivery.

The qualified candidate is highly organized with strong communication skills and a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of foundational experience in the electronic security industry or related field.
• Basic familiarity with electronic security platforms such as Lenel, Axis, Verint, Commend, DMP, and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to read and interpret security drawings, electrical drawings, and civil construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with tracking project lifecycles, schedules, material needs, and risk reports.
• Take direct ownership of smaller-scale security integration projects, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate between i2G team, technicians, subcontractors, and customers for clear communication.
• Maintain project equipment inventory, folders, and updated red-line drawings and closeout packages.
• Learn to work with integration engineers to program electronic security systems (access control, intrusion, CCTV).
