i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Associate Project Manager to join our team. This entry-level project management role supports seasoned Project Managers and independently handles smaller deployments, coordinating local engineering, sales, and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of foundational experience in electronic security systems or related technical support.
• Basic familiarity with Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, DMP, and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to read security blueprints and electrical/civil drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and scheduling tools.
• Willingness to pass background check and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Introductory training or certifications in Lenel, Axis, Software House, Verint preferred; CAPM/PMP encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with tracking project lifecycles, maintaining schedules, monitoring material needs and risk reports.
• Take direct ownership of smaller-scale security integration projects, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
• Coordinate between the i2G team, technicians, subcontractors and customers for clear communication.
• Maintain project equipment inventory and project folders, update red-line drawings and closeout packages.
• Assist integration engineers as they program electronic security systems (access control, intrusion, CCTV).
• Read and interpret basic security drawings along with electrical and civil packages.
• Collaborate with sales/engineering to prepare proposals and change orders.
